Johnson Experience Marketing. Earlier in his career, he was part of the production team that launched the first PlayStation. At OS Studios, Leonard will be the liaison between the agency and such clients as Twitch, Nexon, Konami and eMLS. Project is an ESOP business, with 10% of employees' earnings coming in the form of stock awards. Vallee Jr. said this structure encourages retention and collaboration among agencies that offer different services to shared clients like PepsiCo.

New York-based OS Studios employs 14 people and produces virtual and in-person events and content for companies like Twitch, EA Sports, and AB InBev. Project Worldwide was founded in 2010 and now owns 13 agencies including PR firm Praytell, digital agency Wondersauce, and ad firm Partners & Napier. Its largest property is events agency George P. Johnson, best known for organizing Salesforce's massive annual Dreamforce event.
